OK, so I just got back from Walgreens with my better than FREE after Register Rewards Post cereal cups! Yep, it definitely works (see my personal picture above for proof)!
As I mentioned in this post, I bought 5 Post Fruity Pebbles cereal cups at $0.79 each with in ad coupon, so I paid a total of $3.95 + tax and got back 2 $4 Register Rewards making this a $4+ moneymaker!* Please note that I tried purchasing 5 of the Post Honey Bunches of Oats cereal cups and NO Register Rewards were generated, so be sure that you buy the Fruity Pebbles!
